A new scientific breakthrough in pain relief without side effects

Musculoskeletal pain affects 116 million Americans annually at a cost of $635 billion a year in medical bills, lost productivity and missed work or school. The definition of pain by the “International Association for the Study of Pain” states: “Pain is an unpleasant sensory and emotional experience associated with actual or potential tissue damage, or described in terms of such damage”. Withdrawal of the painful stimulus usually resolves pain promptly. Sometimes however, pain persists in spite of removal of the stimulus and even after healing of the body. Pain can also arise in the absence of any stimulus, disease or injury.

Acute pain is considered to last less than thirty days, while chronic pain is of more than six months duration or as “pain that extends beyond the expected period of healing”. There are three different types of pain; nociceptive, neuropathic and central. The current medical treatment of pain or analgesics is directed at various steps of the pain pathways. Clinically, low level laser therapy (LLLT) can treat nociceptive and neuropathic pain.

The Ideal Balance of Power, Coverage and Professional Control

The ZJZK 20W Class 4 Laser Therapy System is designed for practices that need greater energy-delivery efficiency without moving to the highest-output model.

Its 26-diode treatment panel combines independently controllable 650nm, 808nm, 905nm and 980nm wavelengths, providing flexible coverage from superficial areas to deeper muscles and joints.

The articulated treatment arm, automatic timer and 8.4-inch touchscreen create a convenient hands-free workflow for physical therapy, sports recovery and professional rehabilitation environments.

Hands-Free Efficiency

Position the treatment panel using the flexible articulated arm, select the desired settings and begin the timed session.

The hands-free design supports consistent placement while reducing the need for continuous manual handpiece movement.

The multi-diode panel is suitable for:
Back
Shoulders
Hips
Thighs
Knees
Calves
Other broad muscle groups
Automatic Session Completion

The timer can be set from 1–60 minutes. The system counts down and stops automatically at the end of the selected session.

Key Features

20W Professional Output
The 20W model provides a strong balance between controlled application and efficient large-area energy delivery.

26 GaAlAs Laser Diodes
Multiple diodes distribute the four wavelengths across the treatment panel for broad and consistent coverage.

Independent Wavelength Selection
Activate and adjust the wavelengths according to the selected application instead of being limited to a fixed combination.

Continuous and Pulsed Operation
Choose steady Continuous Wave output or adjustable Pulsed Wave delivery.

0–100% Power Adjustment
Reduce output for sensitive or smaller areas and increase gradually for larger treatment zones.

8.4-Inch LCD Touchscreen
The large color display makes settings easy to review and adjust.

Adjustable Articulated Arm
Move and position the treatment panel without requiring the operator to hold it for the entire session.

Active Air Cooling
The integrated cooling system supports consistent operation during repeated professional use.

Frequently Asked Questions
A1:Laser supplies the body with billions of photons of light at very specific wavelengths. The body will absorb this laser light on a cellular level and transforms it into chemical energy which the body uses naturally to repair its own tissue. Specifically, laser will activate all 3 known cellular pathways: 1.It will accelerate healing by increasing production of ATP (Adenosine Triphosphate) 2.It reduces inflammation by increasing nitric oxide levels by 700% 3.It reduces pain by rebalancing the sodium/potassium pump
A2:Treatment time will vary from as little as 2 minutes to as long as 20minutes/session depending on the condition treated, its severity, chronicity and the target tissue depth. Acute inflammatory conditions generally respond the quickest in 5-7 treatments while sub-acute and chronic conditions will take longer.
A3:No, it is simple, non-invasive and painless. It is a physical treatment, light irradiation, without any side effects, but since it gives energy to the cells to promote blood circulation, there are some contraindications for cells that are harmful to the body that cannot promote circulation. For example. Epileptic site. Thyroid area. Pregnancy. Eyes. Cancer sites, etc.
A4:No, there are two general types of medical lasers: heat generating lasers which cut through tissue and damage tissue and non-thermal lasers such as the ZJZK, which stimulate tissue repair, reduce inflammation and eliminate pain.
A5:Laser will help virtually any inflammatory or degenerative joint or musculo-skeletal condition. This includes: Tendinitis/strains, Arthritis, Tennis/Golfers elbow, Intercostal pain, Hip pain, Knee pain, Ankle sprain, Plantar Fascitis, Whiplash, Achilles Tendinitis, Sciatica, Carpal Tunnel, Low Back Pain, Rotator Cuff, Shoulder pain, Neck pain/arthritis, Migraine Headaches, etc.
A6:The patient need to wear good goggles and let the light touch the bare skin. Click to start the treatment and wait for the treatment to stop.

History of LLLT

In 1903, Dr. Nils Finsen was awarded a Nobel Prize for his contribution to the treatment of diseases, especially lupus vulgaris, with concentrated light radiation. In 1960, Professor Maiman TH built the first working red ruby laser , but it was not until 1967 when Mester E et al. was able to demonstrate the phenomenon of “laser bio stimulation” . In 1999, Whelan H et al. presented his work on the medical applications of light emitting diodes (LED) for use on the NASA space station. Subsequently over 400 Phase III randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled trials have been published, with over 4000 laboratory studies of LLLT.
